MANS Construction Company (MANS) was founded in 2005 by our CEO, Martin Salgado. In the last decade a lot has changed – technology, governments, world economies, and the materials we use in our daily lives. One thing remains unchanged – MANS dedication to doing the best work in the world. We keep an old fashioned attitude about work, and that is "it needs to be done when we promised and with the utmost quality ". More and more, this means relying on brilliant engineers and hardworking craftsmen working in tandem with MANS to create the best quality and value for our clients.

In 2006, Martin and Norma Salgado embarked on a journey to fulfill their version of the "American Dream" by establishing MANS Construction Company, a company named after their initials. Their vision extended beyond personal success, as they sought to create opportunities for their employees and families to achieve upward mobility.
