MANS Construction Company (MANS) was founded in 2005 by our CEO, Martin Salgado. In the last decade a lot has changed – technology, governments, world economies, and the materials we use in our daily lives. One thing remains unchanged – MANS dedication to doing the best work in the world. We keep an old fashioned attitude about work, and that is "it needs to be done when we promised and with the utmost quality ". More and more, this means relying on brilliant engineers and hardworking craftsmen working in tandem with MANS to create the best quality and value for our clients.

year: 2006
The Leap Of Faith
Martin and Norma Salgado took a leap of faith and decided to open their own civil construction company. They combined their names and MANS Construction Company was born.

Started work with DOD and WSMR

A New President
Frankie Torres assumes role as President, introduces MANSCo with a foundation of core values; Safety, Quality Control, Professionalism and Customer Service.
year: 2022
Voted #1 In New Mexico For...
Voted one of the fastest growing organizations in NM. This was achieved with a focus on relationship's. Doing what we say when we say and how we say it.

Opened a second office in Albuquerque NM.

Frank Torres

Frank's drive determination and grit have established MANSCo as a go to civil contractor in New Mexico. Frank's studies include SLEI Graduate Scaling Program through Stanford University School of Business & CORe Readiness Program through Harvard University.

In 2006, Martin and Norma Salgado embarked on a journey to fulfill their version of the "American Dream" by establishing MANS Construction, a company named after their initials. Their vision went beyond personal success, as they aimed to create opportunities for their employees and families to experience upward mobility.
Today, Martin and Norma proudly pass the torch to Frankie Torres, who now serves as the President of MANSCo.
