Spaceport America - VLA Access Roads

In order to get out of the mud and provide access to remote vertical launch areas Spaceport America called on MANSCo to build new built up roadways. MANSCo was tasked with moving, placing and compacting over 25,000 cubic yards of dirt in under a month. Not only did we meet the demand but we were also able to place a capped layer of recycled crushed concrete in order to allow access during monsoon season enabling Spaceport America to host their annual Space Cup. Needless to say they were ready for takeoff!

Mans Construction’s involvement with Spaceport America infrastructure projects has become extensive in a relatively short amount of time.
